Apparently, the two companies have been discussing copromotion opportunities for a while now. They are starting that at Rizin 46 where Tatsuki, a kickboxer who typically fights around 130lbs, is going to fight a not-yet announced BKFC fighter.

I guess Sakakibara and some of his associates have attended past BKFC events.
