No shit, but if you're passing yourself off as actual comedian you are supposed to come up with something funny on top of offense trolling. You can do both at the same time.

To be fair, I might have got this dipshit confused with one of Rogan's other unfunny comedian friends. But if he's the one I'm thinking of I'm pretty sure the 'liberal elite' shit is stuff he gets into properly - it's not an act. So he may have got me on that part by virtue of confusing him for someone else.
I understand what you mean. Ari is just uninformed as well as too much of a tryhard.

Anthony Jeselnik, as a teenager, was in a car with 3 of his friends when on the radio they announced R and B Singer Aliyah was killed in a plane crash.

Upon hearing that, after some gasp were done, Anthony Jeselnik looked around at his friends and said..."It's okay guys, she'll dust herself off and try again....try again".

That, in hindsight, was funny.

Anyone who says "good fuck him" or fuck overpaid athletes, you need to ask yourself some things.

#1-how informed are you about Kobe?

#2-do you think it makes you cool going out of your way to shit on someone where thousands are expressing their grief?

Educate yourself people. Kobe was once accused of rape. He admitted to cheating on his wife. Kobe has always been adamant he never raped. There were so many holes in the accusers story, as well as background, the district attourney literally dropped the charges. I mean who in this thread actually believes a woman gets raped but within 24 hours has sex with a different man? Because that's literally what happened. She went to do a rape test kit and dna of NOT KOBE BRYANT was discovered. In addition to that she admitted to having sex with another man.

That was in 2003. Since then, how many times have you seen Kobe in the news for the same accusation? Z-E-R-O

Since then, Kobe has remained married to the same woman. Had children with her. She was able to forgive him, and him cheating on her directly affected her.

Now, if you tried to be "edgy" and hip before seeing this post, that's one thing. But to be educated at this point, and still go out of your way to be edgy or a try hard, say a lot about you, and not in the sense you want it to.

There were plenty of holes in Bryant's story. He lied to the police, then changed his story when they said they had DNA evidence. He read a statement acknowledging that he understands the girl felt she didn't consent.

You should tell that to the district attorney who initially was going to take this to trial, but the more evidence that became known, it was the district attorney who dropped the case. Perhaps you have some new evidence no one has found the last 17 years?

That doesn't change the fact that it was dropped by the DA

and those folks were above him hiking or something?

I don't know the area
I just posted the video. I'm not 100% sure if it was Kobe's crash or not. If it is, I figured might as well post it first. But by no means am I 100% sure.

I agree with most of your post but keep in mind a DA dropping charges (if that is what happened) means nothing. Jussy Smolett to mind here. As far as Kobe being adamant he didn't do it means little as well, as you will hear that from any and every convict in prison. OJ can't be charged on double jeopardy and even he still claims he didn't kill nicole and the dude.

Additionally Kobe settled with his victim out of court:
"
Bryant and the 20-year-old woman said in a statement that the civil suit “has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties” and filed a motion in Denver asking U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch to dismiss the case.

Although there was no mention of a financial payout in the court filing or the statement, the Laker guard is widely believed to have agreed to write a check to the woman to bring about a quiet conclusion to the case.

“The parties and their attorneys have agreed that no further comments about the matter can or will be made,” the lawyers’ statement said."

Civil juries in Colorado can award damages of no more than $366,000 for pain and suffering, and the total amount a plaintiff can win is about $2.5 million.

Experts said that the settlement probably exceeded that amount because it included a confidentiality agreement, but that the damage to Bryant’s reputation from the criminal charge might have weakened the accuser’s leverage."

Settling out of court doesn't prove guilt, amd is often cheaper than more damage to your reputation, but either way this is how he decided to settle the matter.

Agree with you there ...

Looking at the video it doesn’t appear to be Kobe’s ...but if it was and you see someone fall out prior to the crash - many questions would have to be asked.

I don't need to tell that to the DA, it's public knowledge. Why would you think I have more evidence?

The top part of your post you make a couple good points.

Let me just ask you.

Do you think Kobe Bryant, 6'6 hard bodied in shape athlete arguably in his prime, famous, multi millionaire, needed to rape this girl?

Do you think Kobe Bryant was able to have consensual sex with her, but afterwards the girl felt ashamed or regret and decided to accuse him or rape?

How do you feel about her admitting to having sex with multiple partners, in addition to finding semen from another man 24hours from her allegidly being raped by Kobe?

Based on everything I have read, it seems to me Kobe is guilty of cheating on his wife, and that's it.

Because based on your post you seem to be insinuating that YOU believe Kobe was in fact guilty of rape, despite not being charged let alone found guilty of it by professionals in the judicial system.
