So I saw Dana post this on Twitter. He went 86 hours but the target his Health guru gave him is 72 hours. His results were impressive, so I said fuck it...let's roll.
I'm on hour 47 right now. Yesterday was water only (with Electrolyte powder) and (1) small black coffee. Today was 6 oz of the same Bone Broth he shows in this video (it tastes like shit) and more water. Same tomorrow. Yesterday was rough, especially trying to fall asleep. Today was much better. When I wake up Thursday morning, that will be approx 80 hours. I'm going to see how I feel then, and if I dont feel like death warmed over, I may push thru til Friday evening...and then a pizza is getting destroyed. Crazy but I've already lost 6 pounds, so I'm down to 335 now.
