We like winter camping and bought a new tent. I’m gonna put it up in the backyard today to make sure I know how to do it when we hit the campground. I’ll also drink heavily rooting on Texas.

Turned out pretty good.
Winter camping is the best, man. I do it a couple times a year. Usually it's not too cold - but my record low is 7 degrees fahrenheit. Tent and a good sleeping bag - no worries. A couple dudes I go with put up hammocks. I've never done that when it gets super cold but they said it's fine.
The one year all my beer froze - so I've learned to take a cooler for the beer. Not to keep it cold - but to keep it from freezing.
Today I'm comatose but watching the Rocky Marathon all day all nite !

Went in town today to take care of family business, also got a comprehensive life screen.
Took mom out to breakfast.
Got home & it's absolutely beautiful, the calm before the storm.
The eastern US Ohio valley is about to run into a massive storm & flooding event.
I figured I'd better fix my busted gutter, which has been hanging on for dear life for a year.
It's 50 feet long & I have no manpower, but I got a dadgum tractor!
Finally fixed that & cleaned the gutter.
Then I figured I might as well slap an EMP Shield on that.
If an event like that ever happens, I'll be simultaneously the biggest target around & the richest man.
