Do you have kids?

Because if you buy one, when you're not using it, you can have your kid use it to pressure wash neighbor's shit as a side-hustle & teach him some life skills in the process.
That's a good idea. I have a teenage son

everything freezes in the winter if you dont winterize it properly
True. I neglect my pressure washer and leave it out in the garage. I can do that with my gas pressure washer and it'll start in the spring.

At work they have a Westinghouse electric that is used throughout the year including winter. It stays inside a garage near a large garage door. It freezes and stops working. Then thaws and works. It's a tank. Mine didn't thaw and work. It just thawed and died. I guess the takeaway I was going for was, if he decides to get an electric one, a Westinghouse is a good choice.

Buy one if you want to do that much stuff. Pro tip, before you pressure wash the house, hit it with bleach water solution in a sprayer to kill the mold, the mold is what holds the dirt on, especially for decks and sidewalks.

I worked for a sparkle wash franchise for years. You can buy premixed gallon jugs but it's just bleach water. Do about a cup per gallon. If you have any ornamental shrubs or trees next to to the house, spray them with water and put plastic sheets over them, other wise the bleach can burn them. Also a cloudy day is the best day to do it on. Otherwise the sun will heat the shrubs up through the plastic and can burn them as well.

Buy one because they are cheap enough and after you blast what you want cleaned you're going to walk around and find other stuff because it is so oddly satisfying to do.

Just what I'm going to use mine for this summer and it will pay for itself, even though it already has.
If it shit the bed I'd go buy the exact same one again.

The cheap electronic ones work surpsingly well. Just don't expect the widest angle stream. And forget using a surface attachment with one. If I have to do a big job I'll grab a rental, but otherwise cheap one is my go-to.

I have one of these, works great. I use it on front porch and back deck/ramp (former owner was in a wheelchair but it’s proved useful to me for delivering appliances, getting groceries inside, etc.), and washing the house siding. Never washed a vehicle with it but my stepdaughter used it on her car a couple of times.

Won a pressure washer at my wife’s work Christmas party 17 months ago. Still in the box in my garage. Maybe I’ll break it out someday

Has a little water damage on the box from heavy rain coming in my garage door. Hopefully it still works.

Ideally I would have put a laughing emoji here but seeing as how my emoji’s haven’t worked for months on here all I can offer is a thumps up. 😂
Ditto. Until 2/1 I had an iPhone 11 that the emojis worked on. Got an iPhone 16 for retirement/birthday and they don’t work on it. When I use my Android tablet they work.
