I've got state police parked across the street.
I am loaded for bear.

Be careful with that if that is what you were told. I have been looking up Arkansas use of force, you can't just shoot him on sight, obviously if he is threatening you or a 3rd party you can. The use of of force laws I am reading are kind of all over the place. At the end of the day be safe and it is all about what you can articulate.
