I have like 6 or 7 varieties of tomatoes, 2-3 kinds of zucchini, 3 kinds of cucumbers, 6 or 7 varieties of greens, snow peas, lots of herbs, goji berries, 3 kinds of peppers, canteloupe 2 kinds of watermelon, beets. I think that's it so far lol. We'll see how I go, first time really doing a big veggie garden like this. Attempted a small one a few years back, epic failure lol. I'm putting in the research and work this time to at least hopefully get some good food out of it this summer. I'll be learning how to preserve later this summer. I have 2 apple trees that produce a lot of fruit too. That's awesome
I miss having a house with a yard. I was getting into gardening but life happened....
What all food are you growing?
Ha, I didn't take it that way but, I really don't have a life.... coming up on a year here and still haven't quite got my feet out and about, been working so hard on this house and now the yard. I feel like I'm getting to a point though where most of the catch up hard work is done and soon it'll just be maintenance so I can start getting out into the world again and have more of a balancenot to imply you don't have a life, I meant I separated from babies mom, rented the house out, later it got foreclosed(after my tennant had front door busted in b/c he was growing 90 something marijuana plants)
Welllll, since you've volunteered, I actually have a new fence going up as I type this, day 4 and should finish today. And then it will need either sealer or stain so come on over, I gots the brushes alreadyI could help you wax on wax off. Paint the fence, sand da floor...
It's super comfy, it's my new reading aka nap spotI like the area with the cushions on top of the wood pallets. I could see myself making babies there.
Wow, thanks much, that's a huge complement!@girlandcoconut , nice work, in all honesty you could make a fortune developing gardens in the UK..............and people (not me) love gardening over here, are very good at it, but you would be able to teach them a few things.
I have a 22lb 7 year old black cat that thinks she's a dog, so I grow those too hahaI like the puppy you planted. Now grow some kitties next. I want dibs on an all black kitten.
haha, well, the way the biz is growing by leaps and bounds here, you never know, that may get added to the garden at some pointVery cool! I'm looking to do a garden in the fall/next year as well. Cute dog.
Also I noticed a lack of the sweet sweet cheba.... What's that all about?
Thanks very much!that is awesome! i saw an episode of This Old House where they were doing something like this.
your craftsmanship is awesome!
