I think a few are fake, but most look real. The acting would have to be too good if they were all fake.

Lots of them do and lots of them don't, he tends to pick non primary English speakers because they probably watch other videos in other languages, most of the videos are in big gyms in Dubai or somewhat. I'm sure his pranks only have like 30% success rate, he used to show when people knew him but it just became hugging and picture taking so not entertaining.
