When making a decision in determining the winner of the title fight (fight for the belt DIA), they may be involved (for close combat), the referee of the tournament. Protests filed by representatives of the fighters who do not agree with the decision taken by the judges will be taken into consideration is not.
2) REPLAY - View fight episode, in which there was a moot point during the authorized or unauthorized, strike or other technical actions by one or two participants in the match and the further decision-making panel of judges! Full text modified rules - soon" - Mairbek Khasiev via Google Translate

The most intriguing parts are where he says the ref can be involved in a decision, and judges can use replays for decisions.

Omg could you imagine Steve Mazzagatti getting to tell the judges who gets to win?

Don't laugh but I've brought this up with Herb Dean getting say in a decision... but the thought of mazagati or People's being a deciding factor scares me

I've heard either BJM or Herb say they wouldn't feel qualified to do that while refing as they are looking at different things, concentrating on different things. Honestly, I agree, I couldn't imagine referring while scoring.
