According to a note pinned under the tweet, it's an altered version of a report from 5 years ago. The bit you saw is a compilation of reports from local news stations, all owned by Sinclair Media Group. The original can be seen in this video (timestamped at 3.22, should play from there).

If you watch that whole video, turns out that the segment was about how you can't trust mainstream media. The video says that Sinclair has a conservative bias, not sure if that's true.
