Surprising actually. Maybe the girl didn't want to cooperate? It sounded like she had a case

Good. Any unbiased person, with an ounce of common sense, knew this was likely a case of a crazy bitch trying to get revenge of some sort. Beating up women doesn’t seem to be the Diaz brothers style.

"After the grand jury declined to indict Diaz, Goodman said he had several meetings with the district attorney’s office. The prosecutors then signaled they would drop the charges this morning prior to a preliminary hearing on the case.

Although the state’s original motion to dismiss would have allowed prosecutors to refile the case within three years, Goodman argued it should be dropped altogether if they weren’t ready to proceed.

'I think ultimately they knew that it was going to be a fiasco for them, and I was going to finally get to cross-examine (the alleged victim), and all the different versions of the events would have become clear,' Goodman told MMAjunkie. 'The fact that she didn’t sustain any injuries that supported the charges would have become evident, and I had texts from her shortly thereafter to other people, showing that she just wanted to have a meeting with Nick, and that she wasn’t injured, and she was in control of the case.

'It was clear that she was motivated for other reasons, which is consistent with all the other inconsistencies and contradictions. I think she was just going to be exposed, and they wanted to avoid that.' ”

Most delusional fighter in the ufc
If that’s all the better you can do, maybe you should take a break from posting in every single thread and save up some usable material.

Always been a fan of Nick. I’m glad he didn’t do this. Hopefully he isn’t on that booger sugar, the last interview i saw he was pretty jacked up on something.

Grand juries fail to indict less than 0.1% of the time, not exaggerating. Furthermore the (female) judge dismissed this case with prejudice, meaning she can't refile the charge, and basically called out the plaintiff for wasting police resources. It's rare for a judge to call out the plaintiff in their decision, and damn near unheard of in domestic violence cases. The plaintiff also now has virtually no chance in a civil suit. Nick, on the other hand, could sue her for defamation and probably have a pretty good case (although probably he doesn't want to deal with that shit and I wouldn't blame him in the slightest).

This woman changed her story, and the doctors who treated her found no injuries, bruising, or lacerations that were consistent with her story. So basically Nick is innocent.

If I were him, I'd request a restraining order against the other party and also file a petition for a Statement of Factual Innocence.

Great.
I remember getting into it with one member here who tried to make out like he wasn't innocent based on the accusation alone.
To that member I say, I hope you have learned something.
edit: it was ConorMcGregorsBeard.
