I watched this last night.

The biggest thing that I took from it was that Hulk Hogan was a fucking horrible promo back in the early days. I thought he was great, given the amount of money he made and his character, but those promos he was cutting with Andre were cringe worthy.

I cringed hard at the "OMG he tore my shirt" skit, where Hogan was trying to put vaseline in his eye to make himself cry or something. It was one of the gayest things I've ever seen in pro wrestling and that's saying a lot.

When they showed the picture of his hand next to a regular hand... it was unreal. I laughed when they said he had the same hand size as a lowland gorilla.

He had an interesting life but I felt bad for him. His health problems plus being looked at as a freak and never behind comfortable while travelling.

I was too young to "get" Andre. When I started watching wrestling as a kid, he was tag teaming with Haku and was just a big fat guy who could barely move. I didn't understand why people thought he was so great. He really was a marvel in his prime though.
