Dude was indicted in 2022 for the murder of his wife on Mothers Day 2020, but the prosecution dismissed the case because the body hadn't been recovered and they wanted that evidence. Fast forward. They found the body buried in a shallow grave about 40 miles from their house in Colorado, and he was re-indicted this week. He owned a landscaping business, they had a $1.5 million home, two beautiful daughters but their marriage was shit. She was having an affair and thought he was too. She turns up dead and the coroner found poison from tranquilizers in her bones. He used tranquilizers to sedate elk, cut their horns off, and sell them.
