Bullshit. I may not like them but Nate still has a contract and the more Nick fucks up, the more Nate will earn.
I’m being contradictory I know and for entertainment’s sake I wanted Nick to come back. Potentially as Bisping’s last fight...I’ll stfu now. I could ramble for days.

Nick cashed in pretty good out of his last 2 fights vs Anderson and GSP, he already has a house, already married, has steady income from his JJ school, Sponsorships from triathlon and weed stuff, I guess Nick is drinking little too much and I wish he'd go back to smoking weed and doing triathlon but other than that, he seems to be having fun and enjoying life and regarding that incident, ton of new info about the crazy stalker girl, wait til the full story but sounds like it's not even his fault.

Nate cashed in few millions from his last 2 fights, other than Conor, who else in that division or other divisions even came close to making that much money?

As a fan, I wish they'd fight more but besides the fan perspective, they seem to be doing pretty good~

Albeit years ago, someone I knew from another site was really close friends with him and said he was a quiet, shy, nice guy and it was all bravado.
I hope he digs himself out of the hole.

Nope. They both have stood their grounds with promoters and made a good amount of money. I wish they would’ve fought more, but that’s because i enjoy them. I like that they do things there way and are willing to sit out if they are unhappy.

On the contrary - I think they are two of MMA's biggest overachievers.

Both were solid fighters but proved time and time again that they couldn't cut it at the top level. Look at the UFC title shots they've had - all embarrassing failures.

Yet for two mid card, non-champion guys, look at the money they've made in the sport and the legendary status they've achieved.

No, I think they've gone a lot farther than their talent should have taken them.

I honestly think either one of them could beat any of the top guys in their divisions when they're "on". Look at some of Nate's wins starting with Gomi...he looked unbeatable. But a couple of his losses have also been one-sided. It's all relative.

I feel like a lot of those losses had more to do with how they chose to play the game.... Meaning, they were such big fans of the "Pride rules" that they willingly and purposefully chose to almost ignore the UFC rules, which worked against them. They both can wrestle, they chose to go to the ground to work their jiu jitsu, and gave up takedowns (and foolishly complained about it). They complained about how guys stalled, or point fought, but they wanted to prove their point by not changing their approach, and it inevitably cost them a LOT of matches they should have won. They are both title challengers (multi time for Nick), both have huge followings and are top draws.... This topic is click bait bullshit.

Fighters can’t keep thinking they can run their own game. You signed up for it knowing the rules and the parameters that are set before you before you put ink to paper.
Pisses me off no end. Yes I know weed is legal here but it still aids muscle recovery after training so it should be a banned substance. Wears me out.

I guess it depends on how you define potential. I mean, they both made more money than the vast majority of MMA fighters so I think they did pretty well.
