For the past couple of weeks pretty much daily but intermittently throughout the day I get this weird heartburn, it’s pain in the chest but it starts in the back of the throat and bilateral jaw - back of the jaw near the TMJ.

I’ve already run through the common sense causes and cures:

1.) stop sucking so much cock!
2.) stop swallowing so much jizz!

But besides those obvious things. What could this be? Some kind of weird acid reflux (I take ranitidine daily) Or what?
