Cerrone's activity matters, and I'm sure he has a huge TDEE, but still, it's always possible to out-eat/out-drink your metabolism. I suppose he doesn't even have time to do that though. You can't eat while you're in motion and he seems in constant motion with all the sports he does on the side. Combined with MMA training, yeah, I'm sure he can slam steaks and cakes and it won't matter. The beer is what gets me though. I wonder how many beers he drinks in a typical day? Maybe not that many? He might be more of a weekend binger.
