To me, Demian and Jacare have had the most beautiful expressions of jiu jitsu in MMA. Rickson had a cool flip in JVT '95, Mario Sperry had some sweet exchanges with Ninja, and BJ looked awesome against Matt Hughes, but Demian is just on another level and Jacare is right there with him.
