General Don't narcan and drive folks!

One of our K-9 units before it was mandated we had to administer narcan aid carried two on him at all times, he said one is for me and one is for my dog, fuck them. We all agreed. I think everyone I narcaned and transported to the ER ended up dead within 3 years.
I've narcaned these two both multiple times, helped the SO processing the scene when she ran him over with the car and then she ended up killing him last month.

An Etna woman accused of killing her boyfriend at their home has been indicted by a Penobscot County Grand Jury.

We had a dude OD, get transported, and then AMA every day for a week. He'd immediately go score again, rinse & repeat.
On his last day of glory I ran on him around 0600. He was mostly dead, enough that I was actually surprised when I got a heartbeat back. Over a 7 mile transport he coded 4 more times.
I always carried way more epinephrine than the standard load out, because I had run out before on big calls. Only thing keeping this fool alive was the 7 amps of epinephrine I gave him.
He made it 3 more days in icu before he died.
In just week we taxpayers probably spent $750,000 on this fucking guy.
