Wonder if there is any truth to this - Grodex Owner son says Trevor visited their facility for 5 months learning their techniques then...

This is something that has been going on for a bit.

There is obviously something to this but I have yet to see Grodex's mma gloves for training or competition.

I’ve always wondered why MMA gloves didn’t take a page from kickboxing gloves when it comes to hand positioning and wrist support. They’ve had better grip curves for years, and it really helps prevent that awkward finger extension. If the UFC is finally adjusting the glove shape, maybe we’ll see fewer eye pokes and busted fingers. Curious how they’ll feel in actual use compared to the older ones.

Curious to see if the new design actually cuts down on eye pokes or if fighters just find another way to poke out of habit. Fingers-crossed it helps though.
