Probably people with a lot of money. I think there are levels to it. People without a lot of money don't carry a lot of cash and use credit card/debit. People with large amounts use credit card and carry a lot of cash to feel ready for occasions and events. And people with obscene amounts probably don't even ever have a wallet on them and things just get magically paid behind their wake.
