1st: Morimoto. It's Morimoto. I don't need to explain this.

2nd: Bobby Flay. I emulate his flavor profiles. I think it would be fun.

3rd: Cat Cora. Waited on her opening week at David Burke's in The James hotel. Not only was she super nice, polite and totally not 'Im on TV im better than you" but she is really an attractive woman to boot. As far as celebrities I've waited on, only Avril Lavigne comes close in this regard.

I have a friend who has competed on food network. I couldn't even get the question of 'What Iron Chef would you choose to compete against"? Morimoto. He knew what I was going to ask. He knew his answer. And there was no hesitation.

I guess I would have to go against

Paula Dean, I'm from the south. Nuff said.

Contessa, because I want to eat her food.

And who was that guy that drank wine while he cooked? Him because I think I can out drink him and still cook.

And this guy has tried multiple time to get on Beat Bobby Flay, but Flay is scared.

Flay is scared because I told him to throw down. When you submit an entry, you have to say what your signature dish is. My friend asked on FB what should he do, and I said beat Flay at his own game. Go with a burger. He agreed and his signature dish was to be a lamb burger with a feta cream, bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce, with balsamic on a pretzel roll.

Iron Chef Japanese is my favourite. Iron Chef Chinese is my next fav. I never saw Iron Chef Italian in action unfortunately.

Serious question Mix6APlix @Mix6APlix

Why don't you open a restaurant? I realize it's a massive undertaking with a huge possibility of failure, but it's obvious to anyone here who's read your posts for a period where your passion lies. You seem to have good connections in the industry, you could probably find a couple investors to get things off the ground.

At the very least his undeniable charm and hospitality skills would keep customers coming back.

I've worked for harder chefs than Chef Ramsay. No disrespect intended. You don't want the chef telling you that you're a fucking idiot? Don't fuck up. It's really, really simple.

Probably why his employees don't think he's a dick.

Mix6APlix @Mix6APlix you have a significant signature dish?

Why do you continue to serve if you have strong skills in the kitchen? I assume $$$?

I would never be so pretentious as to call anything I make a 'signature dish'. But I've gotten to the point where I will never order a steak in a restaurant again. I'd rather spend the money and buy my own, and cook it myself and get it exactly how I want it.

Yes, I should have drained the spinach a bit better here. I have since learned to do so, and then pour the garlic butter over the steak.

As far as working in a restaurant kitchen, I have no desire to do that. At all.
