If pretending to be interested just to gain attention can be declared emotional abuse then yes, if not then they can fuck off with this ever encompassing definition of sexual harassment.

Criminally, I haven't looked this up in a long time but from what I remember there is no sexual harassment section the CCC. But a harassment charge would probably need to have a period of time, with multiple interactions and need to lead a REASONABLE person to fear for their safety.
