That was a good interview.

I don't like or trust the guy though.
I've heard him in other interviews and thought " yeah , that's what someone who worked for the CIA would say".

I don't remember exactly how it went down. The comments he made in the interview about torcher ?
Weren't they more like passing comments or was that set up as a whistle blower style interview? I feel like it was the former.
Either way my question is . What did he think was going to happen ?
Cos either
1) he was cleard to say that / told to say it.
2) he was incredibly stupid and not thinking
3)he had a legitimate moral problem and had to say something.
Why did he seem supprised that they went after him ? How could he have possibly thought they would let that slide if if it was option 2 or 3 ?
It dosent make sense to me and I feel like there might be something missing from the story.

And he was a true believer in the cause and agency. And the rule of law, he expected justice not persecution.

This is an interesting interview with 2 "ex" spies.

Thanks but I'm not a fan of bustamatie either.
Same reason. I've heard him say bullshit that I'm sure he dosent believe.
You have to understand. The cues I'm picking up on are very very subtle.
I may still watch.

I just can't really accept that though.
He worked at the cia for years. He knew the kind of shit they got up to and what they were capable of.
He knew the treatment Assange was getting ( im pretty sure that happened first ).
I'd have to hear him asked about it and his response to judge for sure.

Some people like the tab: ie Ranger, SF, Delta, Seals, FBI, Secret Service, FBI. Some like it as a stepping stone to the blogosphere, independent contractor status, being a consultant etc. A top-level security clearance is a golden ticket. Don't forget a book deal. I think some people still read them. $$$

Ok, he makes his money telling stories and insider stuff. I like the story he told about the Clinton's in Greece. How he schmooze the Greeks and Hillary was a Cuntasaurus the whole time. Slick Willie was getting his mack-on with the Greek ladies. I'm sure he sampled the local baklava.
