Yeah and he's claiming a hate crime which would destroy the neighbor. What happened? Is it a legit murder or does he have a shot at self defense? Redcorn was known to wave his gun around. He carried a pitch fork with a dog's head on it.
Mentally ill people claim a lot of shit that has no basis in reality. I'm pretty sure John cornhole's past behavior is going to factor in to the defense.
