Holy fuck this is slick.

Sick because that was a fight ending kick if that connected. Smart guy obviously stretches properly. If i was a fighter stretching would be a main competent of my training. It would go, Endurance/Stamina, Stretching, strength training.

The thing that impressed me most about Anderson was that he never wasted energy in his movement (unless you count the taunting but that had its own purpose). He would move out of the way just enough to ensure he wouldn't get hit. He was violently beautiful in his execution of his opponents, until he wasn't. Just like with Roy Jones Jr father time doesn't lose to anyone.

I think he still is, just can't do it as often anymore...his fans would give him an enormous amount of shit if he started doing that cocky stuff again...but yeah, he's 41 so he's getting slower and he can't rely on his early toughness to carry him through.

I remember watching his striking DVD, dude was ahead of the game..I think he still is, but he's also getting slower so the bulk of fighters is catching up to him.
