Who are some of the best lanky Grapplers to watch? I'm 6'1" 155lbs (160lbs on a good day), and I want to find footage of high level guys with a similar build. Jiu jitsu, freestyle wrestling, Greco-Roman.

Keenan and Roger are lanky, however my advice is to watch ALL the best guys and take elements of their games that you like, work on it and drill it, and mix it into your game to develop your style.

Roger has long arms because he's a gigantic human being, but I wouldn't call him lanky.

6'4" and fighting MMA at 185.... When he competed against Rodolfo and Buchecha he was the smaller guy. I guess for me, I'm 6' 3.5" tall and weigh 210, guys like Roger, Drysdale, and currently Keenan are guys body frame wise I would try to emulate. The bigger guys like Cyborg, Buchecha, Traven were all super big guys to me. But back to my original point, I watched a ton of Marcelo Garcia, Kron, Galvao, Leandro Lo... Guys who are shorter and smaller than me, and I took elements of their games and incorporated them into my size

I agree with the rest f your post, still don't slot Roger as lanky though. He struggled to make 85, and when he fought Buchecha that was where he was currently competing. He was the best in the world when he was at 220lbs. I can remember training with him a couple months before he ought Lawal and he was a giant human being. Only other time I've felt that small next to someone was Lou Ferigno, lol.
