I don't think so I just checked and the ball of my hip is only 40 inches of the ground and I have a 36 inch inseam.

eta: i see what you're saying.if they're around 5"9 ish their pants aren't 36 length.

I'm 6'5" I checked to the top of the pelvis there, I'd say that's right mine is 47ish,. I'd imagine the boys are 32-34ish leg that would make them about right at 41.
