When needed. Could be days, could be weeks.
Just put one to the dirty clothes yesterday after 4 days.

Depends on what I was doing. If I'm doing nothing but office work I have no problem wearing them 3 or 4 times. If I'm actually working in them (physical labor), I'll limit it to once. Unless I'm going to be doing the same type of work the next day - then I'll just wear the same ones again. You only feel like a dirtball for the first 15 minutes of the shift. After that they'd be dirty as fuck anyway.

I have about 12 pairs of jeans wear clean ones everytime I use them I only iron them if the are extremely wrinkled or else I let the dryer unwrinkle them.

my jeans are all cheap though I never spend more than 15 bucks on jeans.
