Probably the closest thing we have is the sticky post here: EASY GUIDE TO POSTING HERE! | The MMA Community Forum that really hit the core features. I'm not sure there is much more to it. But we are constantly updating that thread set up as new members come in they know about all of the little bells and whistles.
