Did you watch it Jonathan?MVP
is gonna end up flash KOed IMO
the silly shit only goes so far
He looked good but I’m sometimes a skeptical jojo when it comes to boxing.....something just felt wrong about it....That was freaking entertaining... except for the stupid ref's quick stoppage.
That ref saved that poor fella brain and damage.. he couldn't even throw a punch without looking awkwardThat was freaking entertaining... except for the stupid ref's quick stoppage.
Not at that level, there's not. But if you can get paid to fight legitimate bums for a living, it's easy money.Good for him. More money to be made in boxing.
How is that different than what he's doing in Bellator lol at least 75% of his Bellator opponents slept on the street last night.if you can get paid to fight legitimate bums for a living, it's easy money.
If he's good enough to make a real career out of boxing, sure, but that's unlikely. He would not be earning more to fight that cab driver as opposed to cab drivers in Bellator. How is that different than what he's doing in Bellator lol at least 75% of his Bellator opponents slept on the street last night.
Boxing = freedom, he's working with David Haye and will make way more money boxing because boxing is a lot bigger over in the UK. Scott Coker is the best thing going in MMA because he gives his athletes a lot of freedom.
yes...he totally outclassed the dudeDid you watch it Jonathan?
Ok Johnny......though I actually like your post for once. I’m a good person.....when I’m sleeping (some girl said that a long time ago, never figured it out until recently)yes...he totally outclassed the dude
I get the Shtick and how the antics will get him more money
I just know the tale of Andy Spider Silva
His dynasty and career was derailed by disrespecting the sport and his opponent by faking hurt...till he got KOed and then put his leg on backwards...never the same since
That is all I am talking bout Bob
There is a lot of money to be made in boxing. There's a lot of money to be made in boxing, I think this MVP has a future. Maybe he can fight the likes of Badou Jack in the future. Maybe even George Groves.
Very good pointsThere is a lot of money to be made in boxing.
If you build your brand correctly at least.
Mvp may well be very talented but he's not built his star power despite his flashy skill set. To do that you have to take on challengers that post a credible threat. I can't even remember the one fight he had a year or so back but it was very underwhelming and at that point people were already complaining about his level of competition.
There's a way to do it right and a way to do it wrong. I don't know how much mvp just got paid to fight a 2-11 boxer in his pro debut.
I know that Conor fella got a fair chunk for his boxing debut tho.
Mvp is 30 (I learned that last night, figured he was early 20s) with his skillset he's gotta fucking start making waves if he ever wants to make the big-time money in either sport.
