Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul definitely won’t go down as the fight of the year, but it is almost certainly going to end up as the most watched combat sports event in 2024.

On Tuesday, Netflix revealed that Tyson vs. Paul topped out at over 108 million viewers for the boxing event. Meanwhile, the co-main event between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano becomes the single-most watched professional women’s sports event in the history of the United States with 47 million average minute audience as well as an estimated 74 million live viewers globally.

The most people ever logged into what was sure to be one of the most one-sided fights ever LOL. I watched it, cause I love me some Iron Mike and El Gallo. But never once was the outcome in doubt, as I posted time and again.

The thing with Netflix is they can make people check out something they have no idea about by putting it on the front page of every single persons account...an amazing form of propaganda and advertising. 260 million accounts is a helluva way to get eyes on whatever they want at anytime.

I had 3 people ask me if I was gonna watch the "Tyson fight"...I told them it isn't a fight, it is a payday/promotion. I doubt any of them could name two of Tyson's fights and the outcome.

I like Mike but he literally quit vs Evander and has never been the same since, Evander was using an acceptable foul(headbutts) and outboxing Mike and Mike went for the DQ me please type of foul(Biting). Mike has not been the same since that moment, he broke in the ring that night and never regained his edge again, and that fight was 28 years ago.

I don't have any idea, but I can assure you my mom didn't watch it.
Good for her, it was lame.

I know some people liked the undercard but I found it a bit weak, load that prelim up and lets enjoy some great boxing before the exhibition stuff.
