Peak of MMA entertainment wise, sad that they didn't get to set up an american division of the company like they wanted to, but the guy who was gonna be responsible (Turi Altalvilla) apparently did Pro Elite (stepchild of Elite XC) instead, when they wouldn't follow through.

In the end, just like Elite XC they died when they couldn't extend their deal with Fuji TV, sad that the UFC purchased the company with Strikeforce to just bury them just like the WWE has done with ECW and WCW. In that way Dana is right, they are definitely just like the WWE, destroy the competitors and help lower the overall bar of competition. Super sad that those promotions aren't around anymore.

Looks like a good documentary, will be checking that out.

Hell yeah. I'll give this a watch.

If the narrator sucks, I'll just steal all the footage and over-dub it with my own commentary.

The Pride Rules portion of UFC 4 is the best part but there not being a ring ruins it a bit. I just use the kumite arena. Videos like this remind me Pride rules helped build the legends as much as the personalities and matchmaking.
