Unreal lol. It can’t be healthy to gain that much weight so quickly and then have to cut it every 3-4 months, but he’s huge for the weight class.

Isn't a lot of that just water weight though? Surely it's not 40lbs of fat and/or muscle?

He didn't blow up nearly as much the last fight or two

Should stay within 20-25 of your fight weight at max though at the elite level, he has pushed the envelope at times

You can get away with more water lbs at higher weight classes, because it's a percentage of your body weight. @155 20lbs is pretty rough.

One thing that he said recently is even though he gets fat he is always in the gym. He is looking big in the cage. He will continue to do it until he can't
