I cant find it but one of my favorite stories is him and his preacher betting if a crowd would show the church's fish fry Phil was hosting. Phil said it would be a ghost town and lost the bet. I dont think he was famous, then hence the humility. He showed up to the fish fry in a suit and clean shaven. No one recognized him and one of the nuns or the equivalent of a nun for whatever branch of Christianity he follows was basically tossing her panties at him. He vowed to never shave again.

He was a head of Bradshaw on the depth chart in college and ended up leaving school when he knocked his wife up. All things considered, I think he had a better life. But that's just me.

the liberals/left are such ghouls . they celebrate any death of a right winger , nationalist or patriot like it is a great victory . they also cry a river if you slight one of their people in the simplest manor . if this was rosie o donnell or ellen who had died and a bunch of people were rejoicing they would be trying to doxx people and have accounts banned . they feel as if any action they take is justified and any action taken against them can not be allowed

His batter was supposed to be legendary. That's why people drove up to that fish fry. The pastor sold it as the best fish theyll ever have. Plus, it was all wild caught catfish.

He and Steve Rinella have done more for wildlife and conservation than any of these "environmentalists" have.

I hate to be “that guy”, but the right is no better. The same type of things happened when Biden announced his cancer, and sure will happen again when he does kick the bucket.

That's what the anti hunting groups don't understand, hunter's do more for wildlife and conservation then any other group.

That's what happens when you appoint yourself not only morally & intellectually superior, but the arbitor of how people should think, act & live.

There is no "live and let live" (which is ironic considering that used to be a leftist battle cry) or differing opinions. There is only thinking the way they do and if you don't, you're "wrong". And you're not just "wrong" in that you're incorrect - you're "wrong" as in you're an immoral, terrible, "bad" person.

And as such, they've also appointed themselves not only the right, but the quasi "responsibility" of saving and "fixing" you.

Because you're not just a "bad" person, you're also too stupid to know any better.

So if you actually want to be a decent human being, you'll shut up, listen to the people who are better and smarter than you, and do what you're told.

I've met & seen so many leftists like this, it's mind-bottling. The absolute hubris with which these people live is other-worldly.
