Speaking of Predator, Clay and Buck today were talking about action movies, Stallone, Schwarzenegger etc... It turns out in the original Predator movie Jean Claude Van Damm was the original Predator character. This was before he was famous. He got cut or quit because he could handle the weight of the suit. Kind of interesting.
Highly recommend. I really want to spoil this for kvr but I'm on way too many shitlists as it is. I don't need to be adding a gigantic mountain man to the list.
I have so many questions, though. Its all put together so nicely and the weapons are very unique to the Predator world.
I figured they just got someone else who wasn't a pussy to play the part. I had no idea they changed the costume.
I want more of these immediately.
Forget these shitty ass studio bad CGI with live action bullshit movies. It's time to start leveraging the artists who can animate this stuff at a high level.
If before I die they make an animated series like this for Malazan Book of the Fallen I'll die happy.

Ive watched this probably 5-6x haha. Not sat down and watched it every time but had it playing while working on other things. This needs to be the first type of media considered for all sci-fi and fantasy projects moving forward. You can do things visually that just arent affordable or as realistic that you can with this style.
My only complaint is that it was a little anti-climactic. I have heard and seen nothing about a continuation even though the ending would imply more is coming.

I watched the first half or so last night; I'll try to finish it tonight. Don't love the animation style but I am enjoying the movie
I know it was supposed to be artsy but it reminded me of PS3 graphics. I'm ok with it having a small budget. Less room to fuck up by a barrage of producers.
Seriously? The ninja animation was awesome with the backgrounds at the end.
