I've watched a bit of his conditioning routine with flow of sport?
It's similar to the same stuff BJ Penn was doing with the Marinovich's that he hated so much (but probably made him close to G.O.A.T. lightweight).
So not surprising to see him in similar or better shape.

Pulling for the underdog here. I been a long time fan of Cerrone since his WEC days. I thought RDA looked a lil flat.
