he's an engima...i don't get how with all that natural fighting talent he doesn't take care better care of his body...
i remember thinking he was king of the belly choke when he was on tuf.

I wish he would have taken things seriously a long time ago, and fought at LHW. That power and a good ground game...would have been interesting to see how he would have done there. Sigh. Oh well, we've got to enjoy watching him in some epic fights at HW so cant complain too much.

I think his speed his a big factor at HW but he's been getting out technique'd in the striking I think. He likely will never be champ but anytime Roy is on the card i'm tuning in I don't care if he's fighting Werdum, Mighty Mouse or a mop and bucket.
