Manually operated shotgun, in a state with strict gun laws.

I wonder why this isn't getting traction.

There isn't a permit, registration or licensing to purchase or possess a shotgun in Maryland. So it's pretty much a free for all for shotguns and rifles, like most states I've seen.

As far as I'm aware it's a state that has an "assault weapons" ban which is supposed to be the golden ticket to prevent mass shootings.

Yeah, it's pretty silly really. You can't buy magazines with over 10 round capacity, but you can purchase elsewhere and bring it into the state. LOL

The good ol' Chicago argument that we have some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, but we're also right next to Indiana.
