Suggestion - toggle posts per page

Hey guys,

Great forum so far. I just have one suggestion. On alot of other forums, i am able to adjust the number of posts per page i can see in a thread. This forum defaults at 20 per page. If there is any way you could add an option to go up to 50 or more. It saves alot of time clicking from page to page and with the influx of posters you guys are likely to have coming in here, it would be a huge convenience.

Thanks for suggestion. Its something we've thought about before but is not engineered in the software.

Reasons this won't happen for now:

-SEO
-Usability when sharing links ( my page 2 needs to be your page 2)
-sever optimization. I can cache the same pages instead of multiple unique numbers.


So perhaps, as we grow, we will consider more posts per page.
But a gif heavy page will slow the loading with 50 instead of 20. And more posts per page may load the server more.

We will probably adjust a little.
