Takeya Mizugaki to fight Rustam Kerimov in ACB

As previously reported in March by MMASucka.com and ACB, WEC and UFC veteran Takeya Mizugaki (21-11, 2 draws) signed with ACB.

Combat Docket is now reporting that Mizugaki is set to fight Rustam Kerimov (9-0). The date of the fight is not yet announced.

Mizugaki is riding a two-fight losing streak, having lost to Cody Garbrandt and Eddie Wineland. His last win was a decision over George Roop in 2015.

Ok, there isn't a good article, but really I posted this because I'm sad that Mizugaki is in ACB instead of RIZIN. In RIZIN they would have celebrated him and given him fights he could have been competitive in at least. I'm worried ACB will use him as a punching bag to build up the names of their up-and-comers. I hope he beats the stuffing out of Kerimov (but I don't know much about Kerimov or have anything personal against him).
