He can go away any day now for all I care
He fucks up a lot of UFC related things, it doesn't outweigh the good he does

I think the proper context of that statement was that they were gearing up for an extremely busy year and he was smiling at the idea of whether or not it would finally be enough to break him.

The original idea for TUF was a show called The Promoter. He wanted a reality show about himself but nobody was interested in doing it.
