Shitty commercial but there's a ton of great work going on in UAS manufacturing. I run experimentation for a lot of the 1 way attack, electronic warfare, cyber, intelligence, etc. Im intimately familiar with other nations capabilities, they have us with mass, for now, but not effect.

Russia and Ukraine have three solid years of drone experience in war...the US none, maybe secondhand info from Ukraine. The US lags in hypersonic tech too.

The term warfighter sounds dumb as hell, its SOLDIER, or warrior if you want to be dramatic, and any war Hegseth is involved in is pretty much a loss, since hell run it over public broadcast.

Warfighter is the catch-all.

Call a Marine a soldier (or worse Sailor) and see why it matters to the ones doing it.

Yes,I did a little research and found it's a term for active members of all branches...but Ive never heard of it in my 56 years, and applies to people IN combat, which I dont think we do at the moment. Bunker buster attack aside.

I was sure it was a MAGA creation.

You're out of your mind if you think the US has no experiance with drones man, did you all of a sudden forget about programs like the mq-1, mq-9, tiger sharks, Hunters, etc? Do you honestly believe Ukraine just got expertise in drones on their own?

Warfighter is also the correct term, it's been in DoD doctrine for decades.

We may have experience with drones but a place like shenzhen in china can produce drones in a number we can not match in the u.s. especially now that we got rid of all the illegals to work the factories.

That's why we have the replicator program. Additive manufacturing requires way less labor, it's all automated
