Same everywhere. Go to an ER for a sprained ankle. Amongst a bunch of other shit you probably didn't need you'll get a 12 lead ECG, which the doc will get $200 a pop to "interpret".
An IV will cost you about $400.
Its also why every doc always wants new images and labs...
