Rivera, 36, tested positive for clenbuterol as the result of an out-of-competition urine sample he provided on July 23, 2016. Clenbuterol is a non-Specified Substance in the class of an Anabolic Agents and prohibited at all times under the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, which has adopted the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List.

Wow, they got him on falsifying evidence. I wonder if 4 years is the max penalty because of the Olympics?

I think the way it works is based more on category of substance, # of offenses, and then mitigating circumstances which can either reduce/eliminate the penalty or extend it up to double.

So clen probably carried a max penalty of 2 years, no previous offenses, fucked with evidence which means that they said "fuck your couch" and sat him down for double what he would have gotten if he had just went with it.

Best post of the day. I recently said "fuck yo couch nigga" to my boss and he didnt understand and the fact that we were outside futher confused him. Everyone at work thinks im crazy

that website spelled "buena park" incorrectly. usada has been flagged for spelling and geography violations.

I was joking, referring to the fact that with locals, 'Bueno Park' is the nickname for Buena Park - due to its high Latin population. I guess you didn't know that.

I don't really go to buena park, the only thing they have there is warehouses and knotts berry farm.
