Megan Anderson will put her Invicta featherweight title on the line against defeated Helena Kolesnyk in the main event of Invicta FC 24 on July 15 in Kansas City, Mo.

Leaves Cyborg really up shit creek without a paddle, or an opponent.

Her situation is painful to witness.
I don't even watch Invicta except when she's fighting, save once for a Rawlings fight.

I don't understand the women's divisions at all.
She is the only name I can tie to a face.

I don't know who anybody else is. I thought the girl she punched was fighting in the co main event on Aldo vs Holloway but apparently they are two different women.

We woupd be watching Cyborg fight 2-3 times per year had she never signed with the UFC.

Creates the question, are folks like Cyborg and Askren better off leaving question marks in the competition line, or risked being shelved over management and ownership disputes?

Transitiining a bit here, but I have long thought Askren would have dealt a similar card had be signed. Instead he is winning Lambos.

ffs. UFC are being cunts but she can lose 5 or 10 lbs and fight as much as she wants or can at that weight class. She goes running 4 x week (10 km/run) a month and changes up her diet and she's there.

“Cris ‘Cyborg’ is definitely fighting on the July 29 card in Anaheim,” White told the “UFC Unfiltered” podcast. However, when asked about an opponent, White said, “We’re still working on it.”

UFC 214 takes place July 29 at Honda Center in Anaheim. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized.

'Cyborg' vs. TBA and Sara McMann vs. Ketlen Vieira slated for UFC 214

Rogan talked about Ben on the last fight companion and said the reason Ben will never come to the UFC is Dana holds a grudge about the things he said about him.

I'd love to see GSP vs Askren.

What types of question marks do you think exist for cyborg? She is a mauer and has fought the who's who in the woman's division. Lately she has gotten some shit fights, but as far as where she stands in wmma, I have zero questions.

She ducked Ronda because she "couldn't make weight".

Stop juicing dummy! Oh that was her key to success.

Deplorable.

I predict an edit. I predict an edit!

Who remembers Franz Ferdinand...
If honesty gets me edited, so be it. She was, is, and for the duration of her career using steroids. If you think otherwise, you (not you specifically, but anyone in general) are a fool.

She pissed hot once for steroids, and that was quite a long time ago. Very bold statement to say she was, and is using steroids.

Certainly not disagreeing with you. But with little proof that it's going on right now I'll perch on the fence.

Not that it matters. As the thread title states she won't be in a seriously relevant fight anytime soon.

I really dont think thats a fuck to cyborg more so a fuck you to Anderson. How much will Anderson make? 75.00 to 250.00 when she could be making 5000.00 plus in the UFC. There is a reason they refuse to sign Anderson

That's a trial by fire welcome to the UFC and a fight I don't believe Megan is ready for.
Agree but it's the best real 145 fight that is available. I'm going to the event and am just hoping Cyborg is on the card. Not a big fan of all the outside of the cage nonsense but one of my favorites to watch fight live.
