You can always switch to cannabis, get loaded to the max whenever you want, and wake up feeling fresh as ever.
As you age it gets less of a reward to drink because you develop a high tolerance so if I have to drink 12 beers to get a buzz I will be guaranteed a terrible hangover the next day or two.
