- Don't really need to see it after dominant victory
- Conor isn't in line to fight for a Title again
- Khabib already defended his honor

Pros:
- The 2 Best LW's
- Both on 11 fight win streaks
- Both looked stellar in their respective performances at 229
- Tony was the interim champion
- Unorthodox style of Tony

Of all the matchups for Nate, Tony would be an awesome one for the fans but makes no sense whatsoever in terms of title talks. I'm as big of a Nate fan as there is but he in no way deserves to be near a title shot. Any half way decent wrestler who doesn't try to stand with him takes him down at will. Nate vs Khabib would be a snooze fest and would do very little for both of their stocks.

With that said, the only fight to make for Khabib is vs Tony, plain and simple. Go ahead and make Nate/Conor III, Nate/Porier for some entertaining money fights but Tony deserves the title shot against Khabib more than anyone right now.

I also wouldn't mind seeing Nate v Gaethje. That has the potential to be fireworks too. Wait, who was this thread about again? Fuck it, WAT 209! ::fist emoji:: ::100 emoji::

That being said, it’s going to be Khabib vs Conor. Tony isn’t nearly as marketable or well known so the UFC is going to skip him in favor of the cash cow.
