Who would you match Floyd against?

Personally, I want Floyd Mayweather to stay out of our sport and I want Conor to never box again. I am not starting this thread as an endorsement.

But, I do see why the UFC would be interested, solely from a financial perspective, so if you were in their shoes who would be your first choice to fight Mayweather?

Mine would be Sean O'Malley. He's 23, incredibly marketable, and he is a stand-up fighter. He's also a 125er, but way taller than Floyd, so it would spark some debates about who has the size advantage. He would sell the shit out of the fight, kick Floyd in the face and become a superstar. I wouldn't put him in there with Conor, but that's probably just me yearning for Conor to defend his belt.

Yeah. I mean, if he fights someone and is touching him up, I would have no problem with the guy shooting and taking his soul, but I would prefer someone who would stand with him.

I think O'Malley would kill Mayweather. He'd just blast kicks from range for the first minute and it would be over. He's also a BJJ blue belt so if he had to sub Mayaeather it would be easy work.

If it's a normal MMA rule set Flyod has no business unless it's another amatuers debut which wouldnt be a name I have at the moment.

I love the O’Malley (O’MALLEY! O’MALLEY!) idea. Sean has a big enough chip on his shoulder that he would want to keep it standing. It would be entertaining in the lead up, flashy during the fight, and PBF would probably eat a head kick and go night night.
