ALL Commercial computers were carefully and purposely manufactured to be accessed by the NSA or government entities.
Either by allowing substances to be discovered to build them out of so they could be accessed, or implementing guidelines by regulation that the physical properties would facilitate access.
Either way or both, not a commercial computer has been made that cannot be accessed, on or off.

This kind of reminds me of the device found planted by the USSR in the Great Seal only in it's mystery level. "The Thing"

The implications here are vast, from decades of specific population control to alien technology.
As we all must assume, anything that's available commercially today was likely used by our government to some degree 30 years ago.

Why do you think it's called Windows?

Although 'back doors' might also have been appropriate.

Hidden in plain sight.

Intel left a hidden exploit in all their chips from after circa 2009. Supposedly the NSA was using it. Didn't watch his video, but that's what I'm guessing this is.

Pretty funny in a way. I bet they have a good laugh about it down at the NSA.
