when i zoom in on a picture ... The top icons mail box and notifications flag float down into picture zoomed ...??????? Weird , can this be fixed

There's no fix short of removing the floating tool bar at the top. People wanted it for convenience of navigation and alerts.

This is the trade off in modern responsive design in which the website scales to fit the size of your device.

If a picture is large, I will remind you that tapping once will blow it up to full size and tapping it again will shrink it down. In case that helps anything.

I'll look into it, but keeping latest updates and is crucial or over got a million variables

Would you be willing to install Google chrome browser to see if its happens then too?

Happens on Chrome for me. I keep it updated. It started after the change over. The tool bar just baloons downward and the icons actuall go down a row to take up more space. I avoid zooming now and I never thought to mention it. This is my first time on the feedback forum. I'm not one to complain about anything. I just saw the thread and thought I'd mention my experience too.
